For stays of 1 night, 100% of the total reservation value is required for confirmation. For stays of 2 or more nights, 35 % of the total reservation value is required.

For stays of 1 night, the reservation is paid in advance and is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guest. The entire reservation value is retained in the form of damages.

For stays of 2 or more nights in case of cancellation, we will charge a cancellation fee according to the following policy:

• between 30 and 14 days, 35% of the reservation value will be retained;
• between 13 days and 24 hours before the check-in date, the penalty is equal to 60% of the total.
• In the case of no-show (less than 24 hours or no warning), the entire amount is due in the form of damages.

Please note that if you decide to cut short your stay at Fagiolari after you have arrived, you are still responsible for paying for 100% of the remaining days of your reservation.

The cancellation policy applies also to reserved dinners or cooking classes.
